Since launching in February of 2013, Sugar and Spikes has made a lot of noise in the fashion world. Owner and founder, Stephanie Alonso, is quickly becoming someone to keep an eye on in the fashion industry. She was born and raised in Miami, FL but is currently living in Brooklyn, NY with only 22 years of age and studying towards her degree in fashion merchandising. When Stephanie created Sugar and Spikes she wanted to make sure she was creating something different. Sugar and Spikes offers the consumer custom work, unique vintage, stylish thrift items that are reworked and up-cycled, eliminating mass production anyway that they can. Sugar and Spikes has recently released the SUGAR brand, which consist of beanies, shirts, and tank tops, for now. All their items are available for purchase online.
Upon releasing Bamlanta volume 1, the mixtape reviews have been quite impressive. She is what the game is currently missing, a female rap artist with finesse and style yet a gangster persona that is expressed through her music. Her single “Look at Yo Body” Featuring Cap 1 has flooded the speakers throughout the clubs in Atlanta and beyond. The song was previously retired on Hot 107.9’s Battleground Radio for being voted #1 seven times in a row, as well as being in rotation at several radio stations throughout the Southeast and West coast regions.
Not only is Bambi hot on the music scene, she is sure to entertain you on television. She’s gained a very strong fan base upon being a cast member on Vh1’s Basketball Wives of L.A.
Keep your ears and eyes open, and pay attention to the Chief of Lipstick Gang as she brings diversity to the ever-changing world of Entertainment. Lipstick Gang is more than a support camp for Bambi’s music, it is a movement created to recognize breast cancer awareness and uplift and empower women with dreams and goals across the world.

I am originally from Trinidad but currently live in MD. I’ve been modeling off and on since 2000. I started when I shot for a military catalog, while I was in the Marine Corps. I took a break when I moved to Japan. When I moved back to Maryland, I started with promotions, runway and different modeling organizations.
I started getting more into urban in 2008 when I was featured in my first two magazines which are from Washington, DC CRED and The Kapital. Since then, I have been trying to work my way up in the industry. I have been very blessed thus far. I was featured in several magazines, Straight Stuntin twice, on the cover of CRED Xclusive, Stunnaz Magazine, VBLAZIN, XXLmag.com eye candy, Sweets magazine, Feds magazine, 50fifty magazine, Touch magazine, FBM magazine mixed issue, Flava Girl magazine, Mafia Magazine, Sommita magazine, Titanium Girlz 30 pictorial and Assets magazine.
I am also featured on numerous websites. I am currently on the cover of the books, The Available Wife Part 2, and Confessions which are on sale at Amazon.com. I also try my hand in acting. I’ve been in 2 short films, recently casted in a full featured independent movie, and still auditioning for others. I was also a socialite extra in the television series, “The Game”.
My talents have no boundaries. I was a semi-finalist in Black Opal’s True Beauty Model Search and 1st runner up in Seagrams Gin calendar competition in Baltimore. I won model of the year at the Southern Entertainment Awards in April in Nashville 2013. I am also a spokesmodel for Kahlua “Midnight” liquor. I may have left some things out but that is because I can’t keep up at times. The last videos I shot were for Slice 9 featuring Future and Levi in Atlanta, GA, Ron Browz in NY and Harlem artist Gutta Millz. I have also co-hosted a radio show which is located in Miami. That was a great experience.
In my personal life, I am very laid back. I try to separate the glamour side from my personal side as much as possible. I rarely have time to myself as I work fulltime, have a daughter and I am also in college. I also recently started my own agency. I now manage male models. So when I do have a little time to myself, I travel. The best thing about this industry to me is getting to meet new people and traveling.
Stay tuned, as you will be seeing more of me in time. To see more of my work, go to www.modelmayhem.com/490413.
